Samoan choreographer and director Lemi Ponifasio stages for the first time the opera ‘Prometheus’ composed by acclaimed composer Carl Orf at the Ruhr Triennial in 2012.

Kasia Pol worked with Lemi Ponifasio and his company MAU, for 12 years since 2005. Kasia has been part of major creations in various roles (costume, space design and production): Requiem, Lincoln Centre, New York (2008), Tempest without a Body (2008), Birds with Sky Mirrors (2010), opera Prometheus, Carl Orf, Ruh Triennal, Duisburg (2012), IAM, Festival d'Avignon (2015), opera Apocalypsis, Murray Schafer, Luminato Festival, Toronto (2016), and Die Gaben der Kinder, Campnagel, Hamburg (2017). MAU’s works were premiered and presented in the Avignon Festival, the Ruhr Triennial, Luminato festival in Toronto, Teater del Velt festival 2017 in Hamburg and many more prestigious venues and festivals throughout Europe and America.
